Hervey Bay Winter warmers

Here’s some of the pics of captures from the winter season  so far , for me personally I’m not a fan of winter and  I look  forward to Spring when  the waters to warm again for more Flats sight fishing and Barra fishing the fresh and salt

10 year old Edward had a great time catching a variety of species with his dad Stephen

They got into some sight cast Squid and turned them and Snapper into a nice meal

The chef at King Fisher Bay Resort cooked up a great feed for them

Only another few weeks and spring will arrive and the waters will begin to warm and the Freswater Barra/Bass action will kick in again giving more options for anglers when the wind is blowing like it is as I do this report.

Thse Barra have had a couple of months rest from seeing lures and will be ready eat any well presented lure as soon as those water temps start to rise :)
